Your privacy is very important to us.  To better protect it, we at FashionistaCafe LLC (“FC”) provide the following explanation of our online information practices, including the choices available to you about the way your information is collected and used. 
 

The information we collect
 
This Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the FC website, including both personal information you provide when registering to use the site, and the information we may gather as a result of your actual usage.
 
When you register with us, you will provide certain personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, email, gender and other information necessary to establish a professional relationship with FC.
 
As a registered user of FC, you may set up a personal profile, send messages, execute searches, establish relationships with other users, form user groups and transmit information via our website.  We collect information concerning this usage so we can provide to you the appropriate services and personalized features you deserve.  However, your personal profile may be edited or changed only by you, by logging on to your user account and opening the “Edit” tab on the Profile page.
 
Content you post on our website is done at your own risk.  We cannot control other users with whom you may share information.  You acknowledge and understand that once posted, your content may be copied or stored on third party equipment which is outside of our control, and this content may remain viewable by others even after being removed from our website.
 

What we do with the information we collect
 
We collect information to understand your needs and provide you with better service, including (i) sending you emails about new products, services and special offers; (ii) contacting you for marketing research purposes; and (iii) our own internal statistical analysis and record keeping.
 

Children
 
FC does not allow minors under the age of 18 to register or use its services, and we prohibit children under the age of 18 from submitting any personal information to us.  If we discover that this has occurred, we will delete the information as soon as possible.

FC takes your privacy very seriously.  You choose the information you wish to provide to other users through your privacy settings.  We do not sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes.  We will only share your personal information to carry out your instructions and provide improved services to you.  For example, we may provide personal information to our business partners and consultants to organize, process or analyze data on our behalf.  We may also provide information to certain service providers, such as job placement specialists and product information consultants, as well as live, online service providers including personal and professional coaches, trainers, focus group organizers and job interviewers.  These providers have agreed not to use your personal information except to provide their services, and they have committed to maintain your confidentiality. 
 
FC provides users with an optional Public Profile capability, which allows them to post a profile of themselves, accessible to the general public over the internet.  Users control the content posted on their profile, and no other information in their user profile with FC will be made public.  Users may also disable this feature at any time, although FC cannot control how third parties retain information or update their caches.
 
We will disclose your personal information when required to do so by a court of law or by law enforcement officials.  Similarly, we may share information in order to investigate potentially illegal activities, fraud or situations involving personal or public safety.
 
We may transfer your personal information, together with that of all of FC’s users, if FC is acquired or merged with another company.  We will notify you if, as a result of such change in ownership or control, your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

FC is committed to ensuring that your information is secure, and we take appropriate precautions to protect it.  We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
 

Terms of Use, notices and changes to this Privacy Policy
 
Use of the FC website subjects the user to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and all provisions contained therein regarding choice of law, arbitration and damages.  FC may change or update this Privacy Policy and its Terms of Use at any time, by posting them on the FC home page.    
 

EU Safe Harbor Participation

The European Union has established a protocol for dispute resolution known as the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework, to which FC subscribes under the appropriate circumstances.
